You ask any local where’s the spot to be at the Gables, especially on Wed. and Fri. for Happy Hour and they’ll tell you Hillstone’s. Hillstone’s restaurant menu is simple and extremely well prepared, covering from the meats to sushi, plus their well known in Miami to make your ordered to drink perfectly mixed! Now getting back to the mingle part.
