Erik Spoelstra, 37, is the youngest coach of the NBA. He is the current coach of the Miami Heat, replacing former coach and one of the legendary figures of the NBA, Pat Riley. Erik became the first Filipino-American head coach in the NBA after working as an Assistant Coach/Director of Scouting for the team from 2001 to 2008.
